A Major Milestone for EvidaHealth Foundation!
EvidaHealth Foundation Selected for Pan-Canadian Digital Health Innovation Initiative.
EvidaHealth Foundation is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of 14 pan-Canadian project teams approved through the Digital Health Innovation Fund, managed by the Terry Fox Research Institute-led Digital Health & Discovery Platform (DHDP).
Together with Medlior Health Outcomes Research Ltd. and Patient Voice Partners Inc., EvidaHealth is building secure, patient-centred national registry infrastructure designed to enable health data to be used safely, responsibly and collaboratively.
Our vision is to create infrastructure that brings together clinical, administrative and patient-generated health data while keeping patients at the centre. Using FAIR data principles, privacy-preserving approaches and federated data infrastructure, the project aims to make real-world health data more accessible, interoperable and useful to support research, evidence generation and better healthcare decision-making across Canada.
We are excited to work alongside DHDP, our project partners and the other funded teams to contribute to a more connected Canadian health-data ecosystem—and ultimately to better evidence and better care for patients.
